I have gone from excluding food, to focusing only on calories, to today – loving my body for everything it does for me. When you have me as your coach, it is important that we help each other so that you can live out your full potential. Together, we create the best conditions for you and your goals.
To reach your optimal goals, we together create a meal plan that suits you and your goals. The food will taste good, give you the energy you need and is also really easy to cook. Food is your fuel. My meal plans are also flexible and can be customised to your preference if need be. E.g, if you have any sorts of allergies, you don’t have to worry as i will arrange a different meal substitute while making sure you get all the nutrients you need.
You will receive an individual training plan that is tailored for you and your conditions. Fun, progressive and customized exercises for you and your training level. Of course with a focus on development, whether you want to achieve your goals in the gym, at home or outdoors. With my support, through videos and reminders and follow-ups, we make sure that we always stay up to date with you and make adjustments if necessary.
My clients will always be able to develop themselves by keeping track of how things are going, through our weekly check ins. In this way, your training and meal plan will never be boring, because we constantly adapt and stay up to date with what is happening in your life. You will always feel that you are on the right path and can constantly find new goals along the journey, which I will be happy to help you achieve.
I am always with you. I am your cheerleader. I’m always available in the app to answer questions as soon as I possibly can. I also encourage you to use your social media to be a part of our online community. Together we are stronger and I want you to feel the cohesion that we all create together. You are never alone. When I started to work out, I was the unconfident girl, but with time I’ve grown into the strong, confident, and powerful girl – with lots of experience. My life changed to the better when I found love for my body and my mental health. Now I want to help you feel the same way.
Helping others has always been a big passion of mine and the reason I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor.
